Lobsters are flown in from New England to Novato
Annually Soroptimist International of Novato flies in fresh lobsters to raise funds for our organization.
Proceeds from the Lobster Sale benefit our Scholarship Fund which supports Novato female high school students from local public schools for their personal growth and academic achievement. Additionally, Soroptimist International of Novato funds scholarships for single mothers living in Novato, who are heads of households, working to advance their education to improve economic opportunities for themselves and their children.
Lobsters can be ordered live, cooked, or frozen tail, for you to plan a special gourmet dinner for your family and friends! Each whole lobster is about 1.5 pounds and is perfect for one serving. The tails are 4 to 5 ounces or 6 to 7 ounces each, and are also a perfect single serving.
