Club ByLaws & Procedures
The club ByLaws provide structure to the organization of our club. Although lengthy, they are an excellent resource to any member and club leader.
The Procedures are added to the ByLaws, but are technically not a formal part of the ByLaws, and as a result, they are easier to change. The Procedures give insight as to the "culture" of the club.
